It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they provide the full, correct shipping address, including apartment or suite numbers, and any other details necessary for successful delivery by shipping providers (for instance, access codes to gated communities or apartment complexes).

We are not responsible for any damage or delivery errors on behalf of shipping providers or mis-delivery due to wrong shipping information input by the customer.
